DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The Village seeks an experienced Director of Business Development with sales/marketing experience to support census growth and develop new referral source relationships. This position will conduct market research and provide direct marketing activity for a psychiatric residential treatment facility near Knoxville, TN. Candidate will provide marketing activity to support business objectives, increase market awareness, and implement strategies and marketing plans. Will implement core standardized marketing practices and procedures to achieve the facility’s vision, mission and admissions/census goals. Provides management, productivity and leadership to marketing staff and ensures that performance objectives are attained
Required skills – Education: Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of two years’ supervision experience and five years' experience in marketing and sales with proven track record in residential behavioral healthcare environment, preferably adolescent treatment. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management. Working knowledge of commercial insurances.

Supervises, develops, and directs the social services team, develops and adjusts patient programming as necessary. LCSW is required, prior supervisory experience is preferred.

This position consists of psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, therapy, and education for the emotionally disturbed patients who come under the care of Acadia Montana. Works directly with a Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist.
