Millcreek Behavioral Health

About Millcreek Behavioral Health

Located in Fordyce, an hour south of Little Rock, Millcreek Behavioral Health is one of the leading adolescent residential behavioral health facilities in Arkansas. Consisting of a psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) and an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/IID), Millcreek Behavioral Health helps children live healthier, more productive lives. Our facility specializes in treating bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns that can affect children in their formative years. We meet children where they are in their journey, providing treatment in a safe, structured environment that allows them to grow and learn at their own pace.

What Makes Millcreek Behavioral Health Different?

At Millcreek Behavioral Health, we use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to place a unique emphasis on excellence in education and treatment. We focus on education in both our PRTF and ICF/IID programs, and each child who is entrusted to our care learns in a school built in 2015. With a multidisciplinary staff, an emphasis on trauma-focused care, and a focus on keeping family or guardians involved throughout treatment, Millcreek Behavioral Health helps children rediscover their best selves and prepare for many happy, healthy years to come.
