White Deer Run offers intensive outpatient programming at a center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where adults who struggle with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions can get life-changing care. With an average length of stay of eight to 16 weeks, IOP at the Harrisburg Center allows patients to partake in three-hour treatment sessions three times each week, for a total of nine hours of weekly therapy. Treatment in the Harrisburg IOP center addresses a variety of topics, including but not limited to recovery and mental health, legal system and recovery, education on the disease of addiction and relationships and recovery. Family therapy sessions can be included in treatment by request of the patient. The intensive outpatient program features both morning hours and evening hours, which allows patients to select the option that best fits into their daily schedule.
