Chief Human Resources Officer
Judith Scimone is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Acadia and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s human resources agenda. In this role, Ms. Scimone drives innovative talent and culture strategies which position Acadia and our employees even more strongly in care of each other and, in turn, our patients, their families and our communities.
Ms. Scimone joined Acadia from MetLife, where she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for U.S Business & Global Functions. She joined MetLife in 2020 as Chief Talent Officer where she was responsible for advancing MetLife’s talent agenda while cultivating an energizing and inclusive workplace. She had global responsibility for talent attraction and development, assessment and mobility, leadership succession, performance management and organization effectiveness.
Ms. Scimone brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources which spans multiple industries, geographies and functional areas. She has held significant global HR leadership roles in leading healthcare, technology and financial services organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Google and JPMorgan Chase. She began her career as a Mechanical Engineer at General Electric.
Ms. Scimone received her bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and holds an MBA from Yale School of Management.
