Goat Yoga Guidelines and Information
• Class takes place indoors at our yoga studio.
• Yoga mat: bring your own or purchase one at the studio for $10.
• Belongings: water, cell phone/camera, and keys are welcome in the studio. Leave all other belongings in your car.
• No jewelry. Goats like to nibble!
• We recommend wearing tennis shoes with socks.
• Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers.
• Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.
• No observers. All guests must have a reservation.
• Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian read/sign the online waiver.
• Please allow staff to pick up the goats for you or instruct you how to do so for the safety of our animals. Do not pick up the adult goats.
• If you have special needs or require special accommodations, we goat you covered. Our studios are handicap accessible and have chairs that can be placed in the Goat Yoga area. Merchandise is available for purchase on-site! A waiver will be emailed to you before the event that will need to be signed.
