Life Center of Galax is a leading provider of comprehensive treatment for adults of all genders age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders and certain co-occurring mental health concerns. Our facility is located in Galax, Virginia, a small town in the southwestern part of the commonwealth, about nine miles from the North Carolina border.
