Contact a Treatment Placement Specialist

When a client needs a more structured or intensive level of treatment than their current provider can offer, the effort to identify an optimal program can be difficult and time-consuming. Acadia Healthcare’s Treatment Placement Specialists® (TPS) team has the experience and resources to make this process more efficient and effective, allowing individuals to get the help they need.

The TPS team works as advisers to referring professionals, helping them get the information they need to make the best treatment decisions for those in their care. TPS team members serve counselors, therapists, doctors, and other professionals by collecting pertinent client information, conducting diligent research, and identifying the programs that provide the types and levels of care that best fit the specific needs of their clients.

We are happy to work with treatment professionals to ensure that the individuals they treat receive the best possible care when it is time to refer out for more intensive services, and we can facilitate care coordination by directly connecting clients to each center’s treatment teams.

Treatment Placement Specialists® work with professionals whose clients are experiencing any number of issues that are included under the umbrella of behavioral health. The TPS team has access to programs that can accommodate a range of financial and insurance needs.

If, for any reason, the TPS team does not have a direct connection to an optimal program for a person who is seeking treatment, they will provide recommendations outside of their network to ensure that the individual seeking services gets the help that they need.

To learn more about the TPS program or to speak with a TPS representative about someone who is currently in your care, please contact us by phone or email. We look forward to providing you with the information you need to make the best decision for your client.
