Specialized Employee & Labor Assistance Programs

Acadia Healthcare partners with employee assistance programs (EAPs), labor assistance professionals (LAPs), and human resources (HR) departments to ensure that employees have access to premier behavioral healthcare services. To support this effort, our Treatment Placement Specialists® team collaborates with these organizations and individuals to identify the treatment options that will best address the specific needs of the workforces they represent.

Your Trusted Partner

Partnering with Acadia Healthcare and the Treatment Placement Specialists® team provides significant benefits to employee assistance programs (EAPs), labor assistance professionals (LAPs), and human resources (HR) departments as well as to the companies, organizations, and individuals that they serve. The combined experience and expertise of Acadia personnel and TPS team members allows us to serve as a source of comprehensive information and personalized guidance for EAPs, LAPs, and HR departments.

Acadia provides a dedicated strategic account manager to each of our partner EAPs, LAPs, and HR departments. These dedicated professionals develop customized program portfolios that reflect the unique needs of the employees, union members, or other workers that they represent. Our TPS team works closely with our strategic account managers to ensure that they have access to the most relevant, accurate, and current information.

All planning and portfolio services provided by Acadia are offered at no cost to your organization or to the individuals that you represent.

Creating Your Customized Portfolio

Acadia’s strategic account managers will work with you to create a customized portfolio of treatment resources. This portfolio will identify the programs and treatment providers that meet the specific needs of your workforce. We consider all relevant issues to develop the customized treatment portfolio that is unique to your organization and that best serves your needs and preferences.

In some cases, we negotiate mutually beneficial preferred provider relationships with business and labor leaders. The benefits of this approach include protecting your human resource investments and minimizing the risks of absenteeism, turnover, worker distraction, impaired performance, worker compensation claims, and similar challenges.

Our strategic account managers provide both on-site and webinar training to orient your workforce to the Acadia team and to the resources that are now available to them through this dynamic partnership.

Getting Help When You Need It

For employee assistance programs and labor assistance professionals, Acadia’s strategic account managers are an efficient and effective source of focused information. With one phone call, a professional can receive a curated list of mental health and substance use treatment programs without having to devote hours to research the most appropriate programs.
